Wait man, its a first build so not so stable to use as daily driver. See OP stated RIL not work on Dual Sim

AOSP means Pure and Original ROM without any customization, like nexus device have. All Custom ROms are uses AOSP Source as a Base to Building the ROM i.e CyanogenMod.
Specs u r talking about is not ROM Specific its information about kernel version and rom version (Lollipop, kitkat.) so u will find same specs in all ROMs
