Thanks, I was trying to do that but couldn't reboot to recovery. I finally realized I could enable the advanced reboot menu in developer settings and was able to install super su after that. I appreciate the quick response.

Some ROM combinations require you to hold volume down and power, others require you to hold them, then release them as soon as the LG logo comes up, and then hold them again.

Can't Use PA

Hey! I wanted to give PA a try, but I can't seem to get it to work out. Wifi and cellular data will both instantly shutoff when trying to do anything Google. Can't add a google account (after adding the first one), can't open Play Store, nothing. I've tried different versions of the TK Gapps with no success.

Any ideas? Would really love to give PA a try again (haven't tried since my GS3 days).

Thanks in advance!

Same. What seems to help is deleting all APNs except for Sprint LTE internet, and then adjusting the build.prop for ro.cdma.operator to 310120.

My CM12 after update started to lose cell data & would not even connect so tinkering around for different ROM which Paranoid immediately connected to LTE after clean install & changed the build.prop and working like a charm. Thanks :)

For anyone wondering I used "Build Prop Editor" app and just hit the pencil icon to edit the file. ro.cdma.operator line is located around the middle of the screen (default 310000 for Sprint).

Would you be the person to ask about putting up the md5 for verification? Sorry.. Just a little paranoid :)

Just flashed the newest update. I was haveing intermittent data issues before, so I started with a fresh install of the newest update of PA. I am still having the same data issues on this fresh install of the 7/4/15 update. Before I installed PA i was on BarePop zv8, would that have anything to do with the data issues?

This may be a dumb question, but has anyone else lost the ambient display functionality on the 07-04 update? I see the option turned on, but there isn't a submenu, and it doesn't do anything.

The LiveDisplay function is pretty cool, but I do miss the ambient display. Any help is appreciated.

Just installed this on my G3, got MMS, Data, GPS, epic battery life, and no crashes yet. Amazing job, I've never had such a smooth experience with a AOSP ROM since a Nexus device. I actually just ditched my HTC ONE M9 for this, I'm convinced the Snapdragon 810 is a AMD APU without a heatsink.

Data After Upgrading

My Data stopped working on barepop x8, I have been able to to get Data to work the 1-3rd restore, and No data for Barepop x8. On the last attempt I lost all data. In desperation I downloaded the Modems for the G3. Each of the brought data, but I finally found one that worked best for me. You might want to try that. (I tried this with barepop, and nothing)

My Data stopped working on barepop x8, I intstalled Paranoid Cynoggen 12.1 data worked on each, but I wanted wi-fi callling, and reinstalled Barepop x8. Barepop, I could never get Data to work, So I restored Paranoid, and Data stopped working. In desperation I downloaded the Modems for the G3. Each of the brought data one only allowed data in the 3G range, but I finally found one that worked best for me. You might want to try that. (I tried this with barepop, and nothing)
