...working great so far. The only problems I have are the known issues with date resetting after every reboot and video recording. Also, unlike CM12, the phone doesn't reboot once a few minutes after flashing an update, and I haven't encountered any FCs. Thank you for this!

The kernel link in the thread is not valid, but if he uses the kernel that ishere, then it's the first cm12 kernel version that is used, and indeed it works. I'm searching which changes broke the video recording in the updated kernel.

Slight distortion in Notification Sound

I am facing a slight distortion in notification sound prior to the actual ring tone i've set for notifications when some notification arrives ( like a buzzing sound in Radio ) . I am not sure if i am the only one facing this or anyone else have this problem . I've been having this on both cyanogenmod 12.0 ( official ) and cyanogenmod 12.1 ( unofficial ) builds . It's not a big deal though , but just would like to know if anyone is facing this . And of course , the other frequently mentioned issue like

Time Reset at Every Reboot
Setup wizard FC on default sim selection for data
Messaging FC sometimes
Dialer FC on dialing #06#
Video Recording not working

also Exists .

New bug detected today ..!! If we set a pincode for unlocking the device and also if we set quick unlock on it works fine till then but as we set that gambling keyboard ie the changing pin as of applock the system ui constantly crashes..!!

Hey guys , I dont know what am i doing wrong?I have the Xt1022, I have flashed this rom several times now but still everytime bootloop.
The phone is unlocked(bootloader) and runs on stock kitkat 4.4.4 with stock 4.4.4 kernel
I flashed this rom on the device after wiping data and cache and then flashed gapps . All using cmw recovery.
Bootloop , I waited for 5-7 min and then tried to flash the same rom without gapps after the wiping(1st boot is faster without gapps ).
still same.
Then i thought the problem is with the recovery, i flashed twrp recovery 2.8.5.0 and flashed cm12.1 without gapps after wiping data,system,cache ,davilec cache
Still not booting for 10 min
Then i tried ressurection remix and flashed it after wiping data cache davilec cache system, still is not booting and its been 20 minutes....
Can anyone please guide me.I cant figure out what am i doing wrong!

First of all flash twrp 2.7.x.x search in thread for that after that go to wipes and wipe cache dalvik system and data then flash the rom along with gapps and after that wipe cache and dalvik cache again ..!! After flashing rom wipe cache and dalvik cache sometimes if this step is not done it leads to a bootloop..!! Wait for mobile to boot it will boot up ..!!

Won't it work with the latest TWRP recovery. Why? If you know.

I need to restart my device since after flashing it sticks in the bootloop. But after restarting it goes on. @percy_g2 what could be the possible reason.

Did that Flashed twrp 2.7.2.0 , wiped data cache davilec cache system , flashed rom, wiped cache davilec , flashed gapps , wipe cache davilec reboot , its been 15 mins and still didnt boot. Can anyone tell me how to take logcat to help with this issue?

...I found a bug: volume slider for ringtone and notifications can't be unlinked. I turned the setting on and off and it doesn't work

Can't Use messaging App won't receive Msgs "Sometimes it shows Messaging has stopped" so i switched to hangouts for messaging, when we call a contact through Hangout Mobile restarts(Not Internet Call)

yeah distortion issue happens on stock too after notification and in lollipop the notification sound is partially heard had this issue on stock and Cm12
