if @Force doesnt have wifi problem, you should download again the rom and flash it
could be a download problem and some files can be corupted.
i meet many times this "download isue" and was fixed in this mode
just try it! @Force you can test the uploaded package too.

WlanTest is supposed to test wifi connectivity. I thought it was the problem, but it seems that it doesn't.

i have tested this and wifi is still not working i have a log

Please copy the whole logcat and paste it to pastebin.com . I can't see in screenshot what is wriring after "set firmware to..." .

I don't get it why you guys have wifi issue. I turn off and on wifi many times and is just working fine. I'll look more into this and hopefully I find the problem.

check if you have that simlink in system/lib/modules, last line wlan.ko
if it isnt, that could be the problem

I'll have to check when I'm home as I am currently at college and reflashed the stock Rom as I need wifi so I'll reinstall it again when I get home

I downloaded my rom considering that may be corrupted, but it isnt. Wifi still working fine for me.

Im still not sure what is causing the wifi issue, but i have an idea.
Since my rom is based on firmware J500FNXXU1AOI1_J500FNDBT1AOI2_J500FNXXU1AOI1 and i used that firmware before, i think this might be the problem.
If you have other firmware than J500FNXXU1AOI1_J500FNDBT1AOI2_J500FNXXU1AOI1, please download it from HERE (is not uploaded by me, but ive downloaded it from there too at begin). Flash that firmware through Odin and then flash my rom again and let me know if the wifi issue dissapear.
NOTE: The firmware is for J500FN only.

If the wifi issue dissapear, i have to find which folder/files need to be replaced from that firmware and i put them in the rom flashable zip because i know that downloading other firmware before flashing the rom would be inconvenient ( might be the firmware-modem folder, not sure yet).
Please try and let me know! Thank you.

I dont wanna be rude, but if you would read post #1 and post #2, you get your answers...
Check post #1 at Features and post #2 to see which apps has been removed.
I wont let the rom like this. I decided to do add more stuff and then i will release next version ( dont ask when).

You dont have to backup sdcard / internal memory as long as you dont tick that checkboxes at Advanced wipe. You tick only Dalvik cache, system, data and cache.

system = where rom is installed, rom/system files
data = apps installed and their data

It means you have J500F model. It was confirmed that it is working on it too, but open rom zip and go to META-INF/com/google/android/ and open updater-script and remove the assert lines until unmount("/system"); , save the zip and flash it.

I thank you too and the others for reporting!
I will find the files from that firmware regarding wifi and will put them in rom zip next update, so other people wont have to flash the stock rom too at begin. Again, thank you for reporting!
