Yes it is. Although there are some features deleted from this rom for example adapt sound ( i really hate it that it has bin removed.) Other that that it is a very good stock/custom rom for the j5.for ppl who used this rom is it compatible with daily use ?

I don't think so.Will this rom work on SM-F510FN? I didn't find any custom rom for F510FN :/
I agreeSAO season 2 final episodes were too boring.. season 1 was better![]()
I agreeTo be honest, I've cried at first season end
Now I'm watching Naruto Shippuden (finished Naruto first season).
By the way guys, my last exam is on Friday (tomorrow), so after that I can continue working on rom.
Hello. Guys how long should i wait for the rom to be installed? i`m in twrp, i followed the steps you wrote, but is almost 15minutes since it says "Extracting system"....and nothing happens..I tryed with both twrp versions you mentioned and i get same thing..should i keep waiting ?
hello sir. i am building a marshmallow rom for SM-j500H variant using superr kitchen. I successfully built the rom but after flashing it, the phone reboots. While on the splash screen(i mean the galaxy j5 powered by android screen), it gradually turns greenish yellow and then reboots. the same process repeats....Am i missing something? or is it because i am on lollipop bootloader and this rom requires marshmallow bootloader to boot? pls help
Do you have lollipop 5.1.1 or marshmallow?
I have lollipop 5.1.1 now. I tryed again today and i get same thing after 40min waiting...any help?

Try to reflash the recovery by Nick Verse and then try to flash the rom again. You dont have to wait 40 mins, 5mins when installing it is enough.
I dont have more ideas now. I think nobody else reported this.
You have to flash stock 6.0 rom via ODIN for firmware partitions and secure bootloaders to be updated first! Then flash twrp recovery, and then your rom. The same thing if you downgrade to 5.1.1Already tryed that, and nothing...i'm not on first flash, all my phones are on custom roms and that's why was strange i had to wait that much...don't know what else to try

Ive noticed that CPU usage was high (20-50% ) when phone was in idle and with screen on and i fixed it and now it is 1-5%. Less CPU usage = smoother phone + more battery + less hot. This ROM actually lags a bit, not sure was stock rom supposed to be slow or am i just used to unofficial Cyanogenmod build 8
Reasons i didn't save this as a backup:
Wifi Hotspot always turned itself off when leaving options & other devices couldn't find it when it was set on.
Cpu usage was always between 50-80%, Kernel auditor or No-frills Cpu didn't fix high Cpu usage. Temperature at idle was always ~40° (Yet it was quite slow/laggy to use).
system_server was using most CPU usage all the time. Then i checked whats going on with CatLog app and there ive seen that the system was looking for imsservice, there was a continously loop regarding this. When i made this rom, i removed IMSLogger+ apk after i readed some info about it on xda and other forums. And now i removed the other apks regarding IMS/imsservice and rebooted and the high CPU usage is gone and also the loop from logcat dissapeared.
The upcoming update has lower CPU usage ( read my previous post), so it should be faster/smoother. There are also many new features.I have Galaxy J500FN. Installed this ROM and Kernel. I have no problems, but i don't see any difference at speed.
