INSTALLATION STEPS :
-trough TWRP 64 bit recovery recovery (last release please!)
- wipe cache and dalvik and reboot
- wipe system
- factory reset
- flash rom and then gapps
Because the gapps is not included, after installing ROM you can install the desired gapps (pico, nano, mini...etc) only 64 bit latest

Whats Not Working :
If you need MTP or adb debug,please turn off then turn on adb debug in development option once.

but my device is leo and i cant flash it



EDIT:
After flashing the recovery image from your site then flashed the rom again it worked .....
I am very happy it works and works great !

Still no sources but Mokee seems reliable... Don't really know what to do.
As you pointed out the kernel version does not correspond with the description

maybee they use the source from one plus 2 (same processor) and make changes using the official miui rom, don't know

I checked the OP's Github but there are no recent activities about our device

I can confirm it is working ! It's pretty impressive since everything is working.
My only issue is that I can't get 4G, I'm stuck in H+ does anybody have the same problem?

After few hours of use I can say that battery is not bad. Not as good as Miui but still good.
Performances are excellent, haven't noticed lags.
I experience some issues with the data, I lose 4G and sometimes I can't even connect to internet but it is rare and never lasts long.
The options available are great and AOSP is simply perfect !

I do not understand why we have to wait until 19/03/16 to get the sources but if this is true this will be the beginning of real development on our device !

Source is on github but it is private.I will not make it public until 2016.3.19.

Also finding this rom smooth and fast. Finally something that is not miui! Like others, no 4G is my only major issue.
