Is anyone else having a problem with their navigation bar in landscape mode? All of the buttons move to the middle and only the settings button will work. I've had this happen before on other ROMs but it never happened on Euphoria until the most recent release. I've been using Euphoria for awhile now too, so it's definitely something new.

I had it some days ago, but I played a bit with screen dpi and nav bar dimensions and seems to be fixed... I can't really tell what solved it though...

I've been using this latest version since release date, and after fixing the problem I had with temperatures, not a single random reboot or SoD. Also got +4h SoT when I never managed to achieve more than 3 on other ROM/version.

This is definitely perfect, thanks again for your work jon!

cheers

I tried the suggestion above of changing the DPI and it seems to have fixed it. It was on 480 and I switched it to 440 and it worked, but the DPI looks the same, so maybe it was just a clitch causing people running on 440 to default to 480 in the settings, but still actually stay at 440 and messing up the nav bar.

I just have to say that this ROM is amazing! This being the 2nd AOSP ROM I've used behind bliss pop I'm totally hooked. I do miss a few of the customizations from bliss pop but overall I'm enjoying this more. Keep up the good work. Love this ROM! ?

Sometimes I get linked to an app in Google Play, but it says my device is not compatible. If I try to search for it on my own, it doesn't come up in the results. I'm almost sure this is a dpi issue, but maybe I'm wrong. I remember long ago on another rom, I adjusted it to a stock dpi and it fixed this issue. I'm using the default 560, and I've forgotten what stock dpi is.

Does anyone have similar issues on the default resolution? One example I can think of is a game called "Thomas Was Alone". If someone can search for it and tell me what happens, I'd appreciate it. I'm wondering if I'm missing out on even seeing this, given my dpi. If I am onto something, does anyone know the fix?

@mjjcb, that may be gapps related. Like not running a multi-dpi Play Store or something. The majority of ROMs default to 560 with nary a problem with installing apps.
Only time I see this issue is when Play Store knows the app I'm looking at is designed for a certain platform or device other than mine.

Yeah, that was the flip side of what I was thinking. If it were the dpi, there would be more posts in this thread and others. I have no other issues to speak of. If it is the GAP's I use (Banks 8/15) they aren't causing any other problems. When I get a chance, I'm going to test the stock dpi just to be sure.

And that's what I'll test with. Thanks for the response, guys.

Id be surprised if the developer of the most popular driver vanished all of a sudden .. A recent /new LP build is available, it runs superb, its been updated regularly...what would make you think that this developer is retiring? there is a few MM beta builds out there for g3 if you want. I'm hoping for another Euphoria LP update MM won't come close to matching the overall quality of LP for a month+

I could not agree more. It's easy to get caught up in the Marshmallow buzz, but devs are still cutting their teeth on it. It would only be an exercise in frustration if a Euphoria 6.0 build were out there in beta. The 5.1.1 runs great. Personally, I applaud Euphoria for not rushing a 6.0 build out before its time. IMO, that's great for grabbing attention, but it's not good for keeping the reliable reputation that they have. They are saving me from myself and my itchy flash finger.

True on both counts but its not about rushing, if its not ready or up to par don't release it. Euphoria is runny great for me but for some people MM could resolve some issues. I'm thinking of either waiting to see what we get for the G3 or sell my G3 and get a 6P or mate 8 depending on when its released.

Anyone suddenly having an issue with apps crashing?

Chrome (beta) and Relay for Reddit are working fine.

Facebook, Unified Remote, and Metal for Facebook/Twitter crash (simply close out to home screen) within thirty seconds of launching.

This just started today.

I've tried soft rebooting, full rebooting, and booting to recovery to fix permissions.

I'd rather not format and reinstall, but I will if there's no other options.
