I am NOT responsible for anything going wrong with your device after flashing this ROM

Paranoid Android is a custom ROM aiming to extend the system, working on enhancing the already existing beauty of Android and following the same design philosophies that were set forward by Google for Android Open Source Project.

* Don't show if we're on expanded status bar, right?
* Ensure there is a strong reparenting since we are manipulating now,
avoid blank notifications, broken clicks and other evil cases.
* Add some comments
* Add experimental settings to enable rich non-noisy notifications that have
a not empty ticker. Stored in Developer options.
* Add multiuser support, provide a system setting to override heads up
showing. User can disable heads up within this one so we don't need to
mess with Settings.Global heads up dependencies and break Google wide
implementations like priority filtering etc.
* Check if view is attached/detached before removing/adding it, even if the
workflow shouldn't face this issue (it's handled by a single observer) but
better be safe i guess, doesn't hurt And if we somehow add Theme Engine
or whatever needs status bar recreating this will come handy.
* Add FLAG_WATCH_OUTSIDE_TOUCH, since we manage outside touch events.
* Hide heads up after 1.0 second on touch outside and/or on home button
pressing (more specifically when animateCollapsePanels() is called).
* Rework Edge swipe helper, don't, for UX sake, expand status bar when we
swipe down from top and heads up is showing. Leave stock handling there only
for debug case, on swipe up just HIDE the notification, don't dismiss it too.

Fix memory leak where we close the descriptor instead of the file.

ROM is very snappy. I lost root though. I used weak sauce. But it won't allow me to run that again. Any suggestions? Tes thanks for the ROM, good luck this week!!

Edit: regained root. I installed SuperSU in recovery. All is good.

New build is up. I believe I have the camera working and there are some other minor changes and fixes from AOSPA. Full change log on OP. Let me know if you run into anything.

Lost root as well, tried installing SuperSu in Recovery. Phone boots, but still not rooted and now will not boot into Recovery.

EDIT: ..and I can't text. Suggestions?

What version SuperSU? And what recovery? This on the 12/11 build?

Yes, 12/11 build. TWRP recovery prompted to install SuperSU and I let it, then when it booted it updated it. Now, SU just hangs, and I can't get into Recovery. I did get texting back by rebooting..

OK, tried booting into Recovery for about the 20th time, and it worked. Got into TWRP and was able to restore to another ROM. Phew

Flash latest supersu in recovery im using twrp 2.7.0.8+ from MdMower, have root now and camere works great

I actually had a super user on my phone. v2.14. Just installed zip in twrp. With a wipe before and after of quick dalvik and cashe. SuperSU updated just fine.
My major issue with the ROM is that blue tooth wasn't working fully. It would crash the app that I was trying to access. I stream thru various apps through out the day. I just assumed since CM12 was having BT issue that it carried over.

Having * Bluetooth * issues does not work with the music programs Freezes then FCs
Everything else seems to be working fine..:good::good::good:

Yes the blue tooth issues will be carried over from CM. They use the same repos. So when they are fixed on CM they will be fixed on here. As for SuperSU make sure to use the latest ZIP from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1538053, the SuperSU built into TWRP does not seem to play nice with lollipop sometimes.

New build up. Changes are below and in OP. There were some audio related changes that could affect bluetooth. I do not use bluetooth and have nothing to test it on, so those of you who use it might report back if the crashes still persist or not. I doubt it will affect the crashes though. It is bluetooth itself that is causing the issue I believe. CM seems to have similar problems.

I'm running the dec-14 build, and it has been working fairly well.
It froze on the first boot after flashing rom, but after resetting it booted fine.
However, I experienced some minor lag, only to be fixed by another reboot. Now, all is in working order.
I have lost SU though. CWM attempted to restore root upon flash, but with no avail.
GEL is somewhat laggy in its animations when scrolling into the Google Now page. I'll probably replace the launcher with trebuchet or something.
Nearly all of my apps were restored, and I'm getting no issues with video playback.

Overall, great rom. Thanks for your time!
