FIRST OF ALL: I AM NOT THE DEV FROM THIS ROM, I AM JUST SHARING IT TO YOU AS I HAVE FOUND IT ON THE FLYME WEBSITE! You can still use this thread as a normal ROM thread, but I wont fix bugs as I am not the dev.

What is this?
Flyme OS is a modded Android OS, with a complete new look and feel. It has Blur effects all new Apps and a great design.

It is kinda similar to Xiaomi's MIUI OS.

- SIM Card on N920C (wont be recognized)

- background Sync doesnt work for all apps

How To Install:
FROM OTHER ROMS
1) Just flash over any ROM you are currently on now (DO NOT wipe SYSTEM. It will lead to Error: Symlink failed)
1.1) (OPTIONAL) Flash Supersu http://www.supersu.com/download
2) Wiping cache is up to you
3) Reboot (Will take super long - dont panic)
*DO NOT FACTORY RESET AFTER YOU FLASH IT IF NOT YOUR ROM WILL END UP IN CHINESE WITHOUT THE OPTION OF LETTING YOU CHOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE*(thanks to @oceanax)
For user coming from any ROM, as long as you have at least kitkat boot loader, you will be fine.

UPDATE THIS ROM
Wipe cache, dalvik and flash the update.zip or use built in OTA Updater

Other Information:
- Please refrain from talking about other kernels than stock.
- At the moment, this project is considered: BETA. All core functions could work, but it's still not ready to mark as stable. However, it should work properly as daily driver?
- My Google Plus Community for better support and help!
- It is NOT allowed to copy and paste my whole written text for this project on your/other websites!

Your warranty is now void.
I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please

Q: Can I install this on Android 6 bootloader or is Android 5 needed.
A: Android 6 bootloader is working fine with this rom

The OS looks great!! I am downloading the ROM!
Although i did not see any indication on which variant of the Note 5 this ROM supports.
Any ideas before I flash?

yes, but you can download an app in the play store called "System App Remover" and remove them. Most chinese apps have a english user interface. And in this rom 90% is english.

Android 6.0 shouldnt be an issue, just try flashing it. Do a backup before and give feedback here please :)

I am waiting for reviewers to update the "Bugs" page.

Which Android OS version (5.1.1 or 6.0.1) you were running before installing this ROM? And about your SIM's problem, I am not sure but try to replace the customer.xml file in the /system/csc folder by the one from your csc version.

I am coming from 6.0.1 and i have tried to replace the customer.xml file but my sim is till not working. any ideas?

    For new user and also bugs report

    For new user who like to try this ROM out, follow these steps. Hopefully OP can change the steps taken to flash the ROM.

    For user coming from any ROM, as long as you have at least kitkat boot loader, you will be fine.

    3) Reboot (Will take super long)
    *DO NOT FACTORY RESET AFTER YOU FLASH IT IF NOT YOUR ROM WILL END UP IN CHINESE WITHOUT THE OPTION OF LETTING YOU CHOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE*

    Bugs Report
    After using it for extensive amount of time, I decided to switch back to Stock ROM instead because of the follow bugs that really annoyed the hell out of me.
    1) If you have two or more email added, GMail will constantly forced close. (The built-in Meizu Email suck though, 3 points to GMail)
    2) After each reboot, the screen go black out for at least 15-30 seconds before you can use it (back to lock screen)
    3) ConfigUpdater force closing, so does Google Play Service twice on each reboot or whenever you do something related to Google(other than opening Play Store)
    4) Not sure if this is a bug or not, if you try using original Samsung Setting to set lock screen to Fingerprint, SystemUI crash non-stop rendering the phone useless(other than going back to recovery to factory reset which will turn everything back to Chinese again)
    5) Whatsapp,Email,Whatever apps that require background service does not sync even if auto sync is on. You'll have to open up Whatsapp in order to receive the message which is really annoying. Same to Email.

    I think that was all for what I came across when using the ROM.

    Feedback
    I think the ROM's performance is really good. Deep sleep work perfectly, 100% when I go to sleep and woke up with 99% and I have sweet ass battery life even if I'm gaming from 100% down to 0%. If I remember correctly, I have around 4 hours of screen time playing game from 100% down to 0%. On usual Marshmallow, I only have around 2+ hours before the battery go dead.

    Flash GAPPS (stock version)
    Wipe Cache/dalvik
    Reboot

    But don't work -> bootloop since 1h...

    EDIT: Just Flash rom, not Gapps, wipe cache, dalvik and data (not internal storage !) and it's works.
    But there are a lot of problems ... No 4G (or 3G), I have not managed to add google services, GPS does not seem to work here (in France) and a lot of features in less compared to an official rom.
    Some crashes in parameters.

    The only positive: I like the design.
