Can I know why I shouldn't update? I mean if they are updates from this same rom ?

Becaus the update center is base on CM.
So you get the Update notification.
But it's for another rom.

It's not a bug...... But u shouldn't update it bicaus this rom modified in the othe way which is super stable......
CM has several bugs.....but it dose not

Not a bug, it's a feature
If this is not a bug, then this "feature" should be disabled by default in future releases so that this ROM doesn't lead people to upgrade to a different ROM.

Battery performance on this rom
Would appreciate if someone could give a comment on the battery performance of the current nightlies - especially 10/8 which seems to be the preferred one right now where most things work.

i am having a "No UCI Support detected" while using this rom
The kernel of this ROM doesn't support Synapse. Use VoLTaqe kernel if you want it.

yaaah, i am on VoLTaqu kernel 10.2, but still no uci detected
Try to clear Synapse data. If it still, then try reflash the kernel.

It does work well no issues for me yet. Both video and camera works well.
Huge lag on the boot animation but sometimes doesn't lag at all. Weird.
Wrong thread buddy, there is a separate thread for the Official Nightly builds.

Installation
- Download the ROM from the link above
- Download GApps for 5.1
- Download new lollipop modem here (thanks rgshah3)
- Put the zip files on your SDCard
- Reboot in Recovery (TWRP)
- Wipe Data / Factory Reset
- Select "Install zip from SDCard"
- Choose CM12 zip file
- Choose GApps zip file
- Choose I9500_XXUHOA7_MODEM zip file
- Reboot system
- To enable root tap several times in the build number under "about phone", then go to developer settings and enable root for apps and adb
