Installation instructions:

1. Backup whatever you have to, also do take a nandroid backup via recovery (Just in case)

@aniket.lamba how the voice quality (in call and music) on this rom? Most of the ROMs that I had tried had poor voice quality (will be installing this on wife's phone, so i need to be sure before proceeding )

The ROM is still in Alpha stage so some features (most of them) might not work properly.I suggest you to stick to some another ROM or try Team UB ROM (which,as reported by many users is fast as compared to other CM12.1 ROMs).
