crDroid is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device also attempting to bringing many of the best features existent today. We're mainly based on CyanogenMod so use custom kernels compatible with them!

First Installation

• Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
• Copy GApps and crDroid zip to your SDCard
• Boot into Recovery
• DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET
• Flash crDroid zip
• Flash GApps zip
• Reboot

Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:

• Copy crDroid ZIP to your internal SDCard
• Boot into Recovery
• Flash crDroid zip
• Reboot

For the incall speaker not working download soundabout app from the play store, open the app and reboot, fixed that bug for me on cm12.1 so should work for you.

I've been playing around with this for the last couple of hours or so and have not experienced the front facing camera bug or incall speaker not working. Runing it on my XT1068 Dual Sim. If I find anything I will report it.

there's some serious issue somewhere with some firmware o something, which I dono. But it's true that v lose the front cam option itself on flashing roms. Mainly cm based roms. I'm not blaming you dev but there's something wrong is al that I want to say. My guess is kernel issue(wild guess). cause stock gets the option back working and Aosp roms also work. Just a few sad ones around with this issue.
