Tested the ROM just now, layer is working great, no white to white text, no black to black text (so far), xposed worked as it should be. Are you going to add slim recent on the next following builds?

Currently I am just focussing on fixing LTE issue on the Sprint variant (XT1526). If you have noticed, there is no camera, browser etc in this build. I will add those too and will see whether this rom can adapt to slim recent. :)

This ROM it's like a SlimROM with the camera gesture and the slim layer feature. Amazing, thanks for your work! Working flawlessly on a XT1527! :) and keep it working :D

Downloaded chrome from play store, installed aosp messaging, moto camera and gallery from stock 5.1 and so far I can't find any faults ... Default CDMA is showing Boost and LTE is a go.

Wow! I'm a big fan of MinimalOS, will subscribe and flash soon. Thanks a lot @openhacker :D
BTW, off-topic but please don't abandon TeslaOS
Today I have scheduled to release two builds:
Minimal OS with updated packages
Tesla OS with latest changes

UPDATE: I am still testing this build.. Can't release today.. Sorry :/

Wait for this new build to conserve your bandwidth. :p

Did you manage to solve the lte problem for surnia, sprint version on tesla?
I suppose LTE problem is only with the sprint version. The main cause of the problem is the use of proprietary RIL blobs which is compatible to only few variants. Yesterday, I did a series of tests on my device by making different changes to RIL blobs.

First, I switched proprietary RIL blobs from current one to sprint specific one. I lost my network after doing this change. This made me realise the problem that occurs from these proprietary blobs.

Then, I removed the proprietary ones and switched to CAF. I noticed that after making that change, I lost the entire data connectivity and got lots of error messages on debug.

I saw Seraph08 changes here https://github.com/Seraph08/android...mmit/884cd57eb79f81f3a4094b1c5566c5063f0e2e0f and I have added those changes in my build. I am yet to test these changes.

I have two ideas for fixing the sprint variant:
1. Work on CAF and fix the problem by making custom RIL class (is this necessary? )
2. Make an entry in the releasetools to build separate the variants's proprietary

@openhacker on seraph08's pa build there is no LTE (CDMA)at all and the network is registered as "000000" ... Just a heads up before you fork those commits.

I have a silly question: Can you send a Logcat when you register network to your mobile network? I mean, go to Mobile Networks, then to network operator, register your service provide and logcat all that process? It could have some information about this issue, i don't know really, but it's just a test
