The rom is rooted but you have to enable the root access in developer options !!
@mparus i tried with both kernels .. and no sd ?

Ooh, and does cm13 support f2fs at the moment? That's the file system I use for the data partition.

Maybe you can format internal memory, after backup yours data - from my recovery.

Tried twice in case I missed something but no luck still getting bootloop, back to a fresh Cm 12.1.

Great rom , no issues but just like to try CM 13.
