With all CM13 builds, I get bootloop. I've tried clean installs and flash over CM12.1 , with and without gapps, tried Ext4 and F2fs and also tried reinstalling your TWRP. Any advice?

I will advice you to not delete any system app that's caused a bootloop

1. Backup your all data
2. Put ROM and gapps to sdcard
3. From TWRP format /system /data/ /cache and internal memory
4. Install ROM and gapps
5. Reboot and bootloop?

Exactly, but it only happens with the CM 13, with CM12.1 no problem.

Nothing, I changed recovery and I changed the baseband.... Bootloop.
Now I return to CM12.1. Thanks for your help :good:

So I really must format /data/? That's too bad, I have some apps that respond really badly to that (security keys for mmo, etc).

Is this a temporary issue? Usually, such as cm12 to cm13 on nexus 4, cyanogenmod can upgrade without damaging /data/ (but can't go back so no cm12 after the update without full wipe). I got used to that being the cyanogenmod way. But I know this is a quite different device to nexus.

If you dont have problem with install ROM, you dont need format data. This is recommended way when you have any problem with install.
