somebody tell me this has RRO Layers and i will flash this right now, if i doesn't - can anyone redirect to the best rom with RRO layers and f2fs support and also how to convert to f2fs

No this one does not have RRO support, but has CM theme engine support.

RRO supported ROMs are slimlp/slimsaber/minimal/tipsy/etc. Even pure aosp roms support almost(except settings) rro layers.
I havent tried f2fs on my moto e. You first need to find out a f2fs supported ROM and kernel. Also, need to make sure if our version of twrp does work well with f2fs. Dont' attempt if you are not sure.

Does this ROM have the stagefright fix. And does it support hevc , x265 and other resource consuming codecs. I'm currently using cm 11 by Percy_g2 and lately hevc lags a lot on MX player. Dunno if it is a ROM issue or app issue. One more thing will I be able to move large 2-3 GB apps to SD using xinternalsd xposed module. Thanks for the ROM. Looking at all the above posts I feel it is a pretty good ROM.

Kitkat don't have support for newer codec while lollipop has so no issues here.

    Awesome !
    Review coming up

    Edit:
    ====
    - Thank you @Raja.M for this awesome build.
    - Everything works fine. No bugs so far.
    - Overnight (8 hours) drain was 2%. (I did test this before Raja made this thread :D)
    - Feels smooth.
    - I love the morph mode that gives me a stock AOSP looks, that I prefer. @Raja.M will layers work on morph aosp mode?

    I'll update this post, in case I find something that can be helpful to other users.

    Notes
    ====
    1) Layers RRO wont work with this ROM.

    setting wifi static mac address

    hi @Raja.M @Adarsh1998
    I've been facing strange problem from past couple of days i.e my mac address is being changed after every reboot
    my college router enabled with WiFi Mac filtering so I need to ask the administration to modify the Mac address after every reboot and it's so disgusting please provide patch / way to solve this or else
    R I P exodus from my side

    Hi, you can set the wifi mac address as follows (tested on 20151202 nightly).

    1. turn off wifi
    2. edit the file /sys/devices/fb000000.qcom,wcnss-wlan/wcnss_mac_addr and enter the mac address, e.g aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff (on my device the default value was 00:00:00:00:00:00)
    3. turn on wifi, your wifi mac address should now be whatever you set in step 2.

    The steps above will be lost after a reboot. To make the change persistent, create the file /data/local/userinit.sh (chown root:root, chmod 755). The content of the file as below;
    Code:
    echo "aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff" > /sys/devices/fb000000.qcom,wcnss-wlan/wcnss_mac_addr
