Boot into recovery.
Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution
Flash Bliss Rom
Flash Google Apps package (for 5.1!)
Reboot
First boot may take a long time

Can anyone test camera? I need to know, if it's my hardware problem or not. Because logcat says me this:

E/CameraService( 1840): getCameraVendorTagDescriptor: camera hardware module doesn't exist

Or... some frameworks/av patches didn't worked for some reasons.

For play services:
Delete this lines in build.prop:

dalvik.vm.image-dex2oat-filter=everything
dalvik.vm.dex2oat-filter=everything

It turned out, that rom overrides theese parameters.
Camera: still investigating.

2. Play Services bug is back again. Old fix doesn't work.
3. Buggy Wi-Fi on stock kernel. You can flash Chrono's one.
Seems, that a new update of android (5.1.1_r2) has boken some things. I'll try to solve it as soon as I can.

Quite ambiguous - so...these bugs are related to this new update, or new update added more bugs(not listed there..)?

From these bugs only camera is the new one. I haven't faced it before.
In the evening I'll try to reimplement frameworks/av patches. I hope, it'll help.
Services are fixed already.
I'll upload new build as soon as I fix camera. And update russian translation. It's terrible

Great ROM but buggy
When i want to turn the WiFi on in the status bar I have to press the WiFi icon for about 3 time , I don't know it just happen to me or to other people @@
Any way , I will be happy If u soon fix all the bugs

Just 4 screens (language - russian). For now I can't upload more. Now I'm busy with a new build. I hope. camera will be fixed now.
There are really many options, but I didn't use it for now as I frequently have to do factory resets.

Strange things happens... Everything related to the camera is the same with cm12.1. But there it works...
