Project D.I.S.C.O. is a new Android 5.0.2 based ROM with a lot of features. It's developed by TeamDISCO. It has some "original" features too. We (TeamDISCO) are building it for some Nexus devices and also some non-Nexus devices (We're still working on it). Project D.I.S.C.O. is based on pure AOSP (for Nexus devices), we picked some cool features from other ROMs and we wrote some features from scratch to be original. Note that we're not responsible for anything.

Feature List:

* Option to disable Google search bar at the recents menu (Original feature, written by @yashade2001)
* Clear recent apps from navigation bar (PA style) (Original feature. written by TheMrcool212)
* Advanced power menu (Credits to CM & Project DISCO)
* Battery percentage at status bar (Optional) (Credits to mattgmg1990)
* Show weather at the status bar header (Optional) (Credits to Roman Birg)
* Status bar clock and date tweaks (Credits to kufikugel / SlimLP)
* Navigation bar custom height (Credits to Quarx2k)
* Quick settings quick pull down (Credits to Roman Birg)
* Volume rocker cursor control (Credits to rascarlo, he forwardported it from kk afaik, original author unknown)
* Screenshot quick delete (Credits to DvTonder & CM)

Notes:

* Don't forget to flash SuperSU after flashing the ROM. (link can be found everywhere on xda)
* Don't uninstall cLock app, that's needed for Roman's "weather info at status bar" feature.
* Don't forget to flash GApps. (link can be found everywhere on xda, all should work)

I cannot seem to activate cellular data with this ROM. Tried activating it during initial setup and afterwards. Tried reinserting the SIM card. I'm on AT&T, if that makes any difference. My radio just seems like it is picking up no signal whatsoever (empty triangle). I am on the most recent radio: 1231_0.18.0_0409 -- unless Lollipop has a new one. After restoring my previous ROM, the radio came right back.

Other than the radio, played around with this ROM for a while and found it very responsive. Looking forward to using it in the future.

I am experiencing same issue as tedr108.
SIM card wasn't recognized.

When attempting to add APN manually, on main screen it says that Access Point Name settings are not available for this user
And nothing is created upon saving APN.

Except APN, other features works? Any known problem
I only played around with the rom for an hour or so. Found it to be very responsive and had no issues whatsoever while on wi-fi. Just from my first impressions, I am enthusiastic about running this rom in the future.

Obviously, an hour wasn't enough time to test everything. You should also be aware that I keep a pretty light load on my devices. I have my important apps, but I'm not one of those users with 250 apps loaded on my devices. So I'm not the type of user to give roms high load tests.

Can Someone post logcat please?
It's been a long time since I've done a logcat, but I'm willing to try. Can you give some advice?

From my research, I'm thinking to start up my device, plug it in to my pc and run: adb logcat -b radio -- or perhaps I can run this command from Terminal Emulator while on the device only.

Then maybe turn the radio on and off. Is that good enough? Or just let me know the commands to use. You can PM me, if you do not wish to clog up the thread.

Log from Logcat Extreme attached. I started the logging app, then tried to access Mobile Networks in Settings ... then went to the APN area and tried to open that. Let me know if you need me to do anything else. I will keep DISCO running on my N7 for now, so I should be able to get back to you soon.

I'm on AT&T -- not sure what that CDMA subscription set to 1 line means ... but I'm GSM, obviously.

This looks promising, but I cannot download.
Chrome failed twice around 100mb and freedownloadmanager is stuck at 99%:
Connection with the server was lost

Any mirrors?

edit: eventually got it
