Wipe alla from twrp except internal where you have ROM and gapps then reboot recovery again and install ROM gapps and update supersu 2.40 from chainfire web site
That's all
Twrp must be 2.8

5.1 Feedback

My feedback 22 hours after installing the ROM. Big thanks for allowing me to test.

I was running another 5.02 ROM and CM12 before that one.

So first, the steps I followed:
- Took my backups with TB
- Made nandroid backup
- Factory reset wipe with TWRP
- Install ROM
- Tried to flash my previous GAPPS zip, but that failed since it only supported 5.0 and not 5.1.
- Download a new minimal GAPPS which then flashed without problem.
- Flash UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip to get root.

General observations about the new ROM:
- boot time (not talking about 1st boot) is notably faster than both 5.02 ROMS I used
- it is very clean, almost no apps installed
- it does not start with the android startup wizard, 1st boot is directly to home screen (Launcher 3)
- without a doubt smoother than both the 5.02 ROMS I used before.

Things I am missing (maybe missing in ROM or maybe I just haven't found it?):
- ability to also display battery percentage
- ability to customize the quick toggles
- Tethering & hotspot

All my apps restored without problem from TB.
Absolutely no problems, no FC received.

Summary: Missing some customization options but overall this ROM is very smooth and rock stable. Definitely keeping it as my daily driver.
@Cem0 - I am sure you will get many followers with a ROM like this. Do you plan to maintain/enhance it further?

hi guys..

just for literature, can you try an Antutu test and tell us what's the total score? It doesn't say nothing, I know, but in any case it says something.. :D

and how does performances are when installing at least 20 applications? Still so smoother are you said in the above post?

thanks a lot.. ;)

As rekenaar00 said it is really fast.
Coming from the sluggish stock 5.0.2 I can't believe lollipop works so well on this device.
Maybe there is hope after all.
So far I have downloaded a few apps from the playstore including some games and no freezes or fcs.
There are some features missing and cellular data does not work for me at all (maybe not implemented just yet since this is a testing version).

Maybe there is no Mobile data 'cause the 5.1 is still unreleased for tilapia, so they took source from grouper one..

Maybe it's just the APNs missing or is it a general issue?
I'll ask our maintainer. The 5.0.2 has over 8k downloads but we're missing feedback.
Thanks for helping us to make this ROM better.
