I didn't see much information on the first few pages.. what is special about this ROM ? How is it different than CM 12.1 and CM 13 ?

Is this the latest/best CM13 build? I guess I should prepare my Note II for sale, and I want to know which ROM to put on it that won't result in someone being angry and asking me for their money back

I would recommend putting the most recent note II stock version on when you sell it.. if someone wants to modify it after they get it, then it would be up to them.. but if you sell it to someone who just wants a reliable functioning phone.. I am sure they would rather just have 4.4.2 ND7 on it.

It's still working fine for me, and have no plans of toying with it anytime soon. My boy uses it. The speeds are the best on Tmobile. But the OS is working flawlessly. Donate a beer to wilson3q for his efforts. No speed issues, but would be surprised if someone bought it with it being so old. Good Luck
