Already mentioned the fix for titanium backup issue in AICP rom thread! DO NOT SPAM ALL THE THREAD with the same question...talking about the xposed framework,its not yet made stable for android 5.1 so you'll have to wait for that.

Phone stays in boot mode logo at the begining logo just keeps coming off and on
flashed using twrp
wipe cache and still nothing
just flashed again now i got a blank screen
logo came back after a while
guess needs more development

Trty installing by wiping data, dalvik, cache & system. Don't flash Gapps, just boot the rom after flash to see if it boots. Later flash gapps n rest

Even after doing all this, if still the problem persists, then it might b a bad download. Download again.

No you can't have 2 Recovery's at once, its one or the other.

wipe still nothing

so i did as you mentioned above
advance wipe system/data/cache
no gapps
got boot logo went thru animation 3 times then to a black screen then logo came back to a different animation
something im doing wrong
download in internal memory should i move to sd? using twrp 2.7 xt1021

Gapps and rest means,
Gapps, addons for that gapps if available (& u use them), kernel, etc etc whatever you always flash along with a rom. (Its not that u need to flash all these things until you know what are you doing, ROM + Gapps is enough)

And you can have either TWRP or CWM but you cannot have both @ once. I prefer TWRP.

You should wipe it along with data, cache, dalvik.

Wipe everything as I said in previous post, Flash Resurrection remix and boot. If the phone boots, then let it complete the boot.
Then again reboot to recovery and flash Gapps. This will let you know who's troublemaker here, the rom zip or the gapps zip.
