Link is working for me.

Is the wrong MD5 hash provided? I've downloaded and tested the file's MD5 hash to the one provided 3 times and they don't match.
Either the wrong MD5 hash was provided, the file is corrupted, or - more than likely - I'm doing something wrong in checking the hash.

Problem found and corrected.

yes i did see that in the updater script and i see it saying that as im installing however upon reboot it just bootlooped and there was no apps folder in /data/system/
and even after creating it, nothing was put into that folder

There is one variable that I had not seen mentioned in here so here goes. I have been testing using ClockworkMod recovery and have had 0 issues. So I decided to flash AmonRA and see how that went. What I found was the method I used to mount /data was specific to ClockworkMod recovery. This is my mistake and I do apologize for causing issues here. I have corrected this problem and you should re-download the ROM and flash it without issues.

Please let me know if this has fixed your bootloops or if you continue to have any problems.

for A2SD i flashed Dark Tremors then did A2SD install and A2sd cachesd from shell

i have just noticed that my mic does not work which is a pretty big problem, just going to try redownload the version that will work with RA and hopefully it will fix us some bugs

Will DartTremor's A2SD script work with ICS? The Beta4 version of the script for N1?

the answer is yes, im using the beta4 with both apps and dalvik on SD card

[You will receive a warning when running a2sd install or a2sd cachesd about running e2fsck on a mounted block, just say NO to it and it will install fine]

working fine

Please do. I have been using this as my daily runner and have been making and receiving calls without issue. Sound also is working when I record video so that logcat may hold the key to what is going on.

EDIT: i fired up the camera app, switched to video, as soon as pressing record it FC'd loaded it up again then it started playing a song from music player for some reason, stopped the music then went back to camera, it took video fine and mic is working again ???
back to audio recorder and that is recording again, im confused

only difference is the omission of the dequeue buffer but i believe that is to do with the GL hack

whatever it is the mic appears to be called and handled exactly the same in both examples there, however in top one it doesnt work, and in bottom it does

Code:
W/StagefrightRecorder( 4400): Intended audio sample rate (44100) is too large and will be set to (16000)

EDIT 2 : Consistently reproducing now
after rebooting the mic will not work at all, in calls or voice recorder, for some reason when using the camcorder it starts working and is then fine

OK i have wiped my dalvik-cache and all seems to be good, mic working straight after reboots 5x in a row, it must have F$#ked something up when it was moved to the ext with DTA2SD

so for anyone else who is going to use Dark Tremors A2SD please note
after doing your A2SD & cachesd go back to recovery and wipe your dalvik-cache again once it is done

After flashing a ROM with an a2sd script that runs on boot, it's normal for the phone to restart three or more times after each other because it's moving cache and dalvik cache to the sd card.

Just got it to work with the new version on Amon Ra. Sorry to say I am getting off of this ROM immediately. Way to slow and unstable (This is compared to other ICS roms as well). So many force closes and issues. Back to MeDroid ICS for me for now. Will try in a few updates/weeks.

Is anyone else having calendar sync issues? One of my needs is to have a working calendar and it doesn't seem to sync here. When I try to add a calendar widget MIUI home force closes.

We must not be running the same ROM because this thing is quite responsive and snappy. Some extra details and even logs would be very helpful.

I'd like to hear from others as well about the speed and stability.

Also, please check and make sure you are indeed using the latest version as of 2/4/2012 which is shown in the image below.

I don't use the calendar a whole lot but I figured I would try and reproduce the widget issue. I was not able to do so. I currently have the calendar widget on one of my homescreens and can open up the calendar by touching the widget.

I downloaded both dropbox files from page 3 and am getting the same md5 for each, but different from both yours and the OP!

my results, using express Checksum: 62002BDDC589F73B01CA0102BA501EFB

That's because those links are old and not provided by me. The links in the OP have been updated and are active.

If you have any issues with the links in the OP then let me know and I will fix it. For those that are provided other links, please note that if I update the ROM those links are going to be outdated and possibly causing other users issues. I would appreciate it you edit your posts to either mention this or remove the links completely.
