Prerequisites :
  1. Unlocked bootloader and rooted
  2. Having latest TWRP

Installation steps:
  1. Make a nandroid
  2. Clean Flash SlimSaber, Seems like there are issues with the rom, please wait for next release
  3. Flash Open Gapps, choose ARM64, 6.0 and the variant that you would like
  4. Flash SuperSU

Known Issues:
  • Bluetooth doesn't work
  • You tell me

    No problem, find the relevant commits and I will review it.
  • What the fish?! You've promised Layers support, where is Layers manager?
    For layers\RRO support download Layers Manager app from Google App Store
  • Xposed?
    Not supported, will not be fixed until Android M so do not ask.

Well, got frustrated and restored a backup. Various apps, two in particular are doing an FC, Walmart app and PNC bank app. Maintainer can install and see.for self. This was also happening to me and users on the regular slimLP build.

Wonder if its a DPI issue. Seen a lot apps with issues if you change DPI.

Not sure what's causing your issue. Both apps work fine on my device.

Can anyone confirm if hangouts crashes on them when trying to open a thread? I'm running the arm64 mini gapps. Every time I select a thread, I get a fc.

I reflashed ROM and gapps. Noticed android webview app had an update available. Updated it first thing and then tried hangouts, didn't fc. Don't know if that app was causing the issue but all is well now.

I only downloaded the app after I saw you say it wasn't working. Make sure you updated the android Web view app. It needed an update the first time the phone booted up.

    Hello all,

    Due the fact that there is a general mess around device and props repos I won't publish new builds until further notice.
    Prior publishing my next build I want to make sure that all important stuff for daily usage will work.

    Thanks for your understanding, much appreciated that I'm not getting rushed into publishing a new build.

    Several news items:
    1. New test build will be out soon for my testers, I'm still focusing on kernel and when I'm done with it I will work on TC, it will be either Linaro or UberTC, Change log for now:
      - Introduced SIO, FIOPS and Zen Scheduler
      - Set initial TCP window size to 64K
      - Introduced elementalx governor
      - Introduced PowerSuspend
      - Removed Android Logger driver (not needed in LP)
      - Changed default dpi to 480
      -Introduced ThunderPlug <- As this plug is meant for Dual/Quad/Octa cpus and not for Hexa I did some changes to it, if all goes well it will be part of next build
    2. I see that there is a good development on the audio and VoLTE sides on AICP thread, I've synced my repos and the next build will include those commits.
      ** Thanks to scott and AICP team for their hard work on this , I just cherry-picked those fixes to my rom, so they should get the credit of-course **
    3. As I already added elementalX (which is good for performance/games) I really looking for a good gov. that will save us battery (like SmartMax which I very liked in arm devices), if you have any suggestions I would glad to hear about that
    4. I would like to thank @cogsci for donating, I don't take it for granted and I appreciate it very much!
