thank you for your replay. the issue was when I tried to flash new v87 framework. I had to manually uninstall all the modules then flash again the rom and then flash new framework.... Do you know a better, faster way?

There's a new xposed framework v87 found here http://dl-xda.xposed.info/framework/sdk23/arm/ . The v86 caused bootloop as u experienced.
I also use the systemless installer that can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/material-design-xposed-installer-t3137758 . Not sure it has anything thing to do with it but it is nicer.

Press the cell tower icon on the QS. If it isn't working, go to Settings. Under wireless and Networks go to More > Cellular networks > Access Points and choose the activated access point. Look for APN protocol and APN roaming Protocol and select the IPV4/IPv6 option on both.
I have to do this after every flash to get data working on Tmobile
