Installation Instructions
- Make sure you are on stock lollipop or a lollipop/marshmallow based custom rom
- Wipe system/data/dalvik cache/cache partition
- Flash the ROM
- Flash Gapps without booting into system
- Reboot.
- First boot will take a while...be patient, it will boot

Screenshots

If you find the in-call volume low you can increase it yourself. Go to system/etc, open mixer_paths_qrd_skuh.xml and find "handset". Under handset you'll find <ctl name="RX1 Digital Volume" value="92" />. Increase the value according to your need but I'll recommend not to go above 99 ( In RR 5.6.9 it was 84 )

Camera working and no sim card bug even the FM radio is working. I am using CM13 32 Bit as base rom and I have already included camera and light sensor fix

Good decision choosing 32bit over 64bit, the one made by Flour_Mo with fixes from 4pda feels like best option.
Gonna download and use it with phantom r5, hopefully I will get the same feeling from it as I currently have with CM12.1 by @ED300

How is the call quality in dis rom? In cm 13 i used to get minimal sound from opposite side while calling..is there any issue in dis rom like that? Is there microphone gain issue?

That was Phantom kernel issue not CM 13 and it's fixed in R5. Check phantom kernel thread

Ya microphone issue was bcoz of phantom kernel, but call quality issue was bcoz of rom... So i just want to make sure that is there any call sound low prblm there or not, before flashing dis rom..

I haven't faced this issue in neither Cm13 nor RR 5.6.9 so you will have to test it yourself

Gotta say.. this is probably best CM13 ROM I have tried.. Animations are kinda choppy from time to time, but its very smooth overally.
Gonna test it more and report my feelings about it.

So there must be a lib file that needs to be updated.. probably. I dont really know, I am not a developer.
Only if @Flour_Mo was actually still working on CM13, instead of releasing it with bugs like this
