I have got a slight issue with lag on recents, I have never had a random reboot on either of the @srisbury Roms, using banks gapps. There is info from Nova launcher about MM issue with lags on status bar and notifications, think you need to give Nova SU access to nullify.

i already fixed the status bar lag issue by gollowing this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3298866 . no more lagging in status bar, also the perfomance increased and battery life also amazed.
for the random reboots, i think its bec i used A-gaaps (37mb++). reboots occur like 2 times a day. *sigh*
i alr downloaded bank gaaps and will clean install for the next cyanide build :D.

nope. if u are okay, just stay put. maybe its my setting or apps, not my A-Gapps. idk. i'm so excited to wait the next build. gonna flash straight away.

i have questions, is it necessary to format adopted sd card if i wanna clean flash new mm rom? and,

If you are using adopted storage then the storage is only available to that specific build, even doing a factory reset will break the security link.
You could try but I think as soon as you factory reset or install a new rom it will need formatting again, try and see what happens.

As long as you use cm13 based rom you do not need to format sd card... do a backup just in case but i did not have problems and i change roms almost every day (flashing addict here :silly: ) you even do not need to wipe internal storage when you change or reinstall rom as long as rom is from same branch as previous you had installed...

Happy flashing :cyclops:

i have a few strange problems here.
after i changing from cyanide rom to DU, (clean install without format adopted n internal storage) i cannot move certain apps to adopted sd, plus when i try to migrate all internal to sd, it turn to migrate from sd to internal... weirdd
and i also cant play any musics.

That's probably because DU is AOSP based rom, not CM based... Flash any CM13 based rom in order to get access to your files on sd card then back it up and if you want to go back to DU you need to refrmat sd back to "normal" file system and then format it back to "internal storage" with DU rom...

I was made a switch from CyanideM to AICP last night without reformating sd card and everything works just fine, i listen the music from my sd as i type this and almost every app i install goes directly to sd card, only few apps can not be moved and need to stay in original internal storage...

That should in theory fix your problem... the thing is that almost every phone has its own quirks so even if i had no problem with sd card when changng roms that doesn't mean that you will not have it too... i really hope that you will successfully fix this and be able to enjoy awesness of this rom...

I swiched to AICP only because my battery life is too poor here and wathever i do i can not fix it... All four cores are always active and i did not managed to find solution to this so i switched and now everything works as it should...

This rom is pretty amazing and brings new tweaks to MM builds but i will wait for one of future versions...

Happy flashing and formating :D

Just to leave feedback, neither the ": settings put global captive_portal_detection_enabled 0" method nor using the old DHCP setting solve the Wifi drops after Deepsleep. It´s snakeoil at best. Also, the phone does get pretty hot after longer sessions with heavy use

    WELCOME TO CYANIDE M

    ROM INFORMATION

Cyanide is a continuation of VRToxin project!

Cyanide M is the brainchild of XDA member @rogersb11. Based on CyanogenMod, and packed full of features from the wonderful customROM teams we have all come to know and love. I will hold no responsibility if you didn't flashed the ROM properly and are facing bugs due to your modifications to the system files.Want to help me with something? You're welcome for helping out with bugs and issues - - but make sure you have that logcat with you before posting in this thread.Post all your questions/requests/screenshots in the Q/A thread.I won't tolerate any OT posts in this development thread.

GOOGLE PLUS COMMUNITY - This is where you will find the latest changelogs and other info and discussion about Cyanide M ROM. Device specific changes I will always list right here in the thread. But general changelogs will always be posted in the G+ community.

    4) Flash the ROM and Gapps.
    5) Reboot and PROFIT!!!!

NOTE: ALSO NEEDS TO BE NOTED that yes, apparently Xposed for M is a thing now. BUT PAY ATTENTION TO THIS PART RIGHT HERE: Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should I ever see a bug report or complaint if you are using Xposed. It is well known that Xposed doesn't always play nicely. I hate being crass, but after dealing with so many repeat moronic questions, I felt like I should go ahead and state this now.

    Thank you and enjoy!!

Cyanide is a feature packed ROM with features which you can't find in any other ROM
Cyanide is the new and improved and fixed VRToxin
    4
Which kernel do you use to build it? And some screenshot?

I used my AOSP optimized kernel
I'm not on my phone currently.....check VRToxin thread for screenshots/video

I am not trying to make you angry but, Is Cyanide has a theme engine?, and is it better that RR rom.
Please don't get angry by my question.

Lol man I'm not at all an angry person...that reply on RR thread was because I was having a really bad day..I'm sorry for that

There is no theme engine.....You can colour any part of the system from the ROM itself and also layers work (partially)
it depends on how you define better...this ROM has more features than RR for sure and can say that its stable as I'm using it since 2 days
