The latest build booting up but gives me nonstop errors the android proccess dialer alnd tethering has stoped. and no detect sim card {always with clean flash}.

Thank dude i've tried that ROM and it is amazing. Call quality also great. But camera quality is not good and eventhough i flashed Oxygen Camera Port, it wouldn't work properly since it is based on CAF. So im back to OOS. My question is have you tasted any good CM based ROM (not CAF) without that signal quality issue?

No, I haven't. For the camera on OrionOS have you tried setting the picture quality to super fine? You can also use the L Speed app to improve image quality.
