Yeah I need to get around to it. For whatever reason I'm getting build errors again and the only way I've been able to around it has been rebuilding the VM from scratch...again.

Maybe tonight and I'll put a new 200 buck computer I built to use.

I dirty upgraded to this version and now I lost root. Is this normal? How do I get it back?

If you were using a recent version of superSU before, you've overwritten the modified boot.IMG and lost systemless root. Reboot to recovery and reinstall your superSU binary. Otherwise, same answer.

Thats common. Also, there is a mobile version of this device (deb). Its probably easier to just make one release.
You can use Root uninstaller to remove that stuff.

If it's possible to disable the apps in app settings, it can be disabled, and, generally, is safe to remove if you feel better removing it altogether. Obviously, the apps related to MMS and telephony aren't necessary for Flo, and those can also be removed. Google is your friend.

If you use open gapps, an overwhelming majority of unnecessary apps can be removed in gapps-conf. prior to your first boot from a clean install.

Hi, ran into a snag, scratching my head. I have flo 5.7.1, twrp 3.02 and I was on rr upgrading. I wanted to do a fresh wipe, I need the memory back, so I wiped system, cache, davlik and installed 5.7.1 and it works. Then installed gapps Pico and it keeps crashing on opening lock screen. Gives a Google play services stopped message. I wiped twice and reinstalled and get the same each time. ??? ;(

You need to install the gapps prior to the initial boot of the ROM.
