I can't see any good thing done by him except Reverts. If you are talking about ROM side security patches I'm waiting for this https://review.lineageos.org/#/q/topic:asb-2017.05 & kernel side is upgraded to latest M CAF Tag but won't work properly as stock rom provides blobs based on 1year old caf tag, for nougat we just need to wait for xiaomi to upgrade to latest M CAF Tag or N update atleast.

Not true, camera can be fixed if you find skilled developer who can use blobs from similar phones or write drivers from scratch. If you want for Xiaomi to release anything just give up already. Thousands of people wont use these roms just because of camera problem. Focus all your energy on camera that is only thing that sucks.

Yes it has been developed by @ishubhamsingh
It is a light rom with many customisations.
I liked it using on my old falcon.
