I tried the bat file to improve battery life and it works, now I have a better sot of 30/40 minutes with the same usage. Obviously all 4 cores now works when needed.

I suppose you use the stock kernel and you just flash the zip.

it wasn't added in miui 9 until recently. it was only in nougat before
And those features are buggy as hell on MM anyway. I appreciate Xiaomi for building their newest MIUI skins on top of old Android versions with similar functionality though. MIUI 9 and the latest MIUI 10 alpha are lovely on my Mi4, but Android Marshmallow is really showing its age at this point. Ah, I guess it's time to switch phones soon. :)

can i just install this using twrp? im using miglobe can i just flash over it
Of course you can flash it in TWRP. I'm just not sure about flashing it over MiGlobe. I myself flashed it as a secondary ROM using Multirom so my main ROM remains intact. Also, it's a chinese ROM without gapps and with all the Xiaomi's bloatware. I wouldn't want to flash it over the main ROM yet if I were you. :)
