I was able to get it working with magisk, used the modest kernel and voila!

You need to flash the partial firmware, this will put you on the CPD1 bootloader. Then you'll need to Reroot your phone before proceeding with the rest of the OP

It's a common problem on this ROM. If you search this thread for it there are a lot of posts discussing the issue. Which build are you using? It's been too long since I've had this phone to help fix the issue for you, but it didn't seem to be an issue the one time I installed it without root.

Odin flash the CQL1 Modem Upgrade-- https://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=28274

Download the CQL1 modem upgrade to your pc
-Boot into recovery and factory reset your device
-Do not boot straight from recovery to download mode - download mode does not properly boot without doing the following
-Power off your device and pull your battery for 3-5 seconds (this will ensure that your device properly boots into download mode)
-Insert your battery and boot to download mode by holding vol. down + home button + power button at the same time
-Using Odin flash the CQL1 modem and once that completes, power off your device
-Now boot to recovery by holding vol. up + home button + power button
-Once you're in recovery go to advanced wipe and wipe everything but the internal and external sdcard (I always do this step twice)
-Boot time is about 7 to 10 minutes
-Enjoy!!

Thank you for quick reply. I did all that. It didnt help.
Let me try to explain the issue. Phone works perfect. There 2 issues so far.
1) not receiving a calls. (I do receive txt and mms massages. I do receive email and all notifications and I can make a phone calls.)
2) I can't sync my Google contacts. It synchronise everything else's but contact. I tried update permissions and all. And receiving a quick pop up message "something went wrong".
I tried to use another n910v and gives me the same thing.
Buy the way I'm using a SIM card from my note 5. It's smaller so i have to use SIM adapter to make it large enough to fit.
I did try to go up and use same sim card on note 8. Had no issues .
Does anyone knows if SIM could be the issue?
