Bought a new JVC headunit for my car, audio connected fine however phone Bluetooth shows 'no phone', means no Bluetooth calls can be done. Anyone knows how to solve this?

I have ticked phone and contact phone book sharing but still no dice

Bluetooth has been one of the few weak areas of the this rom. It's been like this for ages and sadly never seems to get fixed. On my BMW headunit, phone connects fine but will randomly drop the connection and not connect again. Tried several of the online fixes (like editing the init.qcom.bt.sh) but none seem to work. It's been one of those bugs that has made me download Oxygen OS again. Up till now I have resisted the temptation to go back, since other than this and a couple of other minor things I'm very happy with CM.

This fix is working really well

I integrated it in my 'personal stuff' zip to flash each update (some UI sounds, ring tones...)
I'll flash it each time now

Why do you flash sounds instead of keeping them in sdcard/media/audio ?

Shamelessly advertising the rotation vector fix from a thread I have started. I have made a zip with a fix that can be installed on any ROM. Currently, I am running CM13 nightly with the patch (zip file link can be found on the very first post in the thread). You no longer need to download a custom build to get the fix. The fix has been submitted to CM for review.

Recently since I installed, my gps (especially in google maps) has been acting up, says "searching for gps" a lot... Any reason for this to happen on cm13?

So... We have rotation vector patch and now a fix for GPS? Can you upload a flashable zip for GPS fix like the rotation vector fix? This way we can flash both of them right after any cm update. Thanks.

Latest nightly randomly reboots my phone every few minutes I am using it. I hope that will be fixed soon.

Try re-download it again. I downloaded it half an hour ago and it flashed just fine.

The zip also gives me a error on twrp.
Edit re-download 3rd time ?and it works

Because... I didn't know I could do this? ?

Does this work with UI sounds too? I mean the sounds you can't change with settings like the one when you turn the screen on/off

No, coming from OOS 3.0.2 is fine - it just wasn't released when the first post was written

Nope. Oos 3.0.2 is fine. And yes this rom has gps issues. Don't know about your edge issues though. I never had them.

I still need to restore my OOS calibrated efs partition backup after flashing roms but now everything works.
