On the download site the file size for 10.1 says 295.5 MB. But the downloaded file is 281.79 MB. I tried twice. Is it normal?

FYI...

Test build 04.17 required a clean flash for me.
All previous DATA backup restores caused freeze at 'starting apps' during boot.

PS. Thanks for a great rom. Can anyone offer me some help building this? Build crashes near the end where its trying to link up API dependencies. Tried to re-sync entire repo, java, google sdk... still no go.

Hi there,

first of all congratulations to the devs for this great rom, definetely one of the most solid piece of software for our OPO.
Just wanted to check whether there are some solutions for a couple of annoyances I have encountered in the latest stable DU 10.1

System-wise animations are way slower than in the previous 10.0, also using Nova Launcher and setting scrolling cache to "force enable". It's nothing unbereable but still the look and feel of this ROM is not as snappy as it used to be.
Most importantly, I have noticed a poor reception and significant drops in signal using 10.1. Anyone else noticed it and has a solution for this?

The first issue is solved by changing the animation speed in development settings.

The second thing isn't likely a rom issue but check your APN settings to make sure they're correct. If not, make sure you have the most updated firmware for the device.
