Well, have tried all the files, but I still do not have LTE. 3G is all I got. Please let me know which file you have used. I have seen the apns-conf.xml is located in /etc. Is that right?

Thanks.

Your gonna need to give more info like exact model number or is this a triband ? What carrier such as sprint , ringplus , boost etc . LTE should be working fine but we need more info to help . You have exodus rom installed ?

Hi Max,
It's RingPlus on SPH-L710 with Exodus 6.0.1 I have used ChangeOfJinzoData and other Apn change files to fix it, but nothing happened except changed Carrier name to Ringplus.

Thanks a lot.!

Hmm , I'm on Ringplus too and I use changeofjinzo to get LTE . I live out in the country and only get LTE when I go to town . It was working two days ago for me when I went in . I'm at a loss why it doesn't work for you too . What version modem ? I'm DOH1 . I do have to flash COJ after every rom update to keep it . Jinzo is the only file I use .

Yes, I have L710VPUDOH1. Could you please share COJ modem file? Thanks.

Tried again and again. 3G only :( Looks it's a wide spread problem for 6.0.1
I don't see how it could be a widespread problem . Like I said , I'm on ringplus too and LTE has worked since day 1 for me on this rom . Maybe you need to refresh it with the stock rom and then do a carrier wipe and update your prl and profile . Have you tried going back to Lollipop to see if it works ? Actually maybe you'd be ahead to throw stock back on it , do the carrier wipe and let it reprovision . Get your GPS and everything going , verify LTE works and then you will know . There could have been network upgrades in your area , who knows , and maybe the prl and profile update will do the trick .

Ok, I MADE it. Took the suggestion from Max Frost and throw stock back on it.
-Used Odin to install the stock ROM
-Updated to OH1
-Rooted and installed TWRP
-Complete clean installed 6.0.1 and Gapps.
After reboot, Sprint 4G showed up. I did not flash any APN fix. I believe TWRP system clean was able to fix the APN problem.

Found out even 4G/LTE was on, but no data. Flashed APN fix and reboot. LTE is TRUELY back

I continue to have frustrations with Bluetooth. This isn't an Exodus problem but comes from CyanogenMod. However, developers over at CyanogenMod have told me that there is little chance that the Bluetooth issues with this phone will be fixed, at least in their code.

For those tuning in late, here are the issues (and, these aren't just mine but others share these same problems):

Bluetooth headsets which can handle phone AND media, and are set for both phone and media, will not work correctly, and many times cause the phone to reboot, if one tries to use it to place or answer a call. Media works fine in this mode.

A Bluetooth headset which is set for only media OR only phone (in the Bluetooth profile) works fine for this functions.

The same is true if you try to use the Bluetooth with your car.

It is very frustrating to not be able to use my Bluetooth headsets or my car Bluetooth.

Does anyone know of anyone that has been able to get this to work correctly?

Is there a MM ROM for this phone where it is working correctly? (Anything that draws on the CyanogenMod Bluetooth code, without modification, most likely won't work.) I love Exodus and don't want to change but it is driving me crazy.

Thanks

Good deal , glad you got it going :) Just a heads up that I have to pretty much flash the changejinzo after each new rom flash .

I've been looking today with no luck. If it's in the device tree then it seems everybody uses the same one . Today I tested my phone in my wife's car and it went haywire so I see what your frustrated about . Unless we can find somebody who is capable of figuring this out and willing to do it then it might never work . You have to wonder if some fix like the one for tethering could be a possibility . Do you know anyone that might have the knowledge to take the log and investigate . I know people who probably could but probably wouldn't :(

Thanks. I don't know who might be able to help with this because, as nearly as I can tell, it is in the BlueTooth device code, as you said in your post. I have done more than my fair share of development over the years, but I am not a phone developer, per se, and have never fooled with Bluetooth device code, and I don't know anyone who could even start looking at the code.

It just seems like Bluetooth should be pretty standard . I wouldn't think it would be like the camera that took some major work . One would think the Bluetooth code would be the same from one version to the next . It seems to work fine on other devices . What I'm getting at is I wonder if the problem with our device isn't an error someone made setting things up at CM rather than an actual flaw . I just have a feeling it oughta be working right anyway . I could be way wrong . I mean Bluetooth has been running good for years in cars , phones and all kinds of devices including most every other device that's running MM . Just not ours . Now why is that ?

Hi everyone. I first flashed this ROM using the 7/23/16 nightly build and the ARM Open Gapps from the same date. i LOVE how zippy it is!!! This phone is purely a media device.

My question is how do I get the exodus updater to flash for me? Since I installed the ROM, I've had to manually flash each update. The updater will download the new files but will not do the update for me.

TIA

It was broke for awhile but is working again lately . Just curious why you installed that old of a build ? I'm on 11/04/16 .
Update and the updater should work for you .

That was the current build when I originally flashed the ROM.

I'm currently on 10/22. The updates haven't been happening. All software is up to date from what i can tell.

If I select the most recent update file inside the updater, I see the option update. Nothing happens when I choose it.

Same here but when I got this last one I was on the 28th I think and it did update itself . First time in a long time so I''m thinking they fixed it unless it was a fluke .
