Oh and one thing weird I noticed was I never got xposed to work on Oxygen OS 3.2.8 with November 1 security update. But somehow xposed works just fine with latest version of H2OS(forgot the number) with the same security patch. Is it true Security patch in Hydrogen OS:silly:

Are you sure it was the same xposed version? The v87 which addresses the security update bootloop issue only came out a couple days ago. You might have used the in-app xposed install without noticing the changed version.

I tried all versions 85-87 none worked

Hm. Weird. Anyway, you're approaching this issue the wrong way, since the xposed changelog states it fixes the November security patch issue, it's not that h2os has a modified patch, it's that oos has something wrong, since it works on h2os

I just wiped everything and reverted to OS 3.2.7 in frustration. Thanks though

Any xposed module for seprately network mode for sim1 and sim2.
Because i have to set 4G for sim1 and 2G for sim2.

Sooo, any fix for permissions? I get apps notifying me that Google play services doesn't have the necessary permissions. When I go to it and click permissions it's empty. Same problem with Google Chrome. Is it a system problem or is there some conflict with appopsxposed?

I am not using xposed, but so far, no issue at all with any permissions with any applications

Can I flash any kernels which r made for Oos on H2os ?

I have been flashing back and forth between H2OS and O2OS even OpenBeta with no issues.
In theory you should have no problem too

yes and depends, I have tried ex kernel and boeffla kernel. Currently on H2OS latest OB with ex kernel

Say if I flash the kernel (for oos ) will my phone be hard bricked?

Depends because not all of them are compiled for H2OS. They are meant for O2OS.

Even if it is not working, you will just get soft brick usually. Just clean flash again.

Remember to always backup your applications, that is common XDA knowledge anyway [emoji14]

I have just only a few hydrogen apps (chinese bloatware is removed). Any idea ? I tried flashing hydrogen OS, official super su and gaaps but the effect is the same.

Flash everything in one go. Don't even reboot between recovery.
Gapps only gets installed if u flash it along with the rom. (at least for me it like that)
