*Welcome to Tipsy*

This is a slim based rom with lot of goodies added and awesomeness of RRO Layers. This rom is for people who want to stick to stability+performance accompanied with a slim base. I am the mantainer for this rom. This rom is well tested before release so expect a major stability

A device with boot loader unlocked is required
TWRP Recovery Highly Recommended
Copy the Rom.zip to SD card, 
Boot to TWRP. Wipe cache, dalvik cache, system, data for bug free experience
Flash rom zip
Flash any 6.0 Gapps ([URL="opengapps.org"]Open Gapps[/URL] recommended)
Boot to system.
Reboot.... and Done 
Let the bar Open :P

General Queries

Layers work flawlessly, Tutorial on how to use layers
Use Open Gapps [Works really fine and also recommended]
DONOT flash any Supersu zip seperately, it bootloops the device. The supersu inbuilt gets flashed along with the rom. [It's not CM superuser, its Supersu by chainfire]

The above SS are from stock theme(dark). We have a light-dark switch with M.
No slimdim, navbar stuff yet. Currently there are basic features.
I released it because there were no M based layers roms yet.
It is gonna take sometime to add features..

The notification drawer style is in vertical form instead of horizontal, like page 1,2 etc(like in cm 13, if ur getting what I mean )
Has es file explorer ,Nova launcher and slim launcher which is cool

I will be sticking to this rom till Tesla releases.... ? great work, 6.0 at its best right now.


This rom is similar to Tesla except for the boot animation, n other small stuff . Can you tell me what the difference would be between Tesla and tipsy os? Thanks

How is the Android Optimization Box ? Does it have the Circle Loading Animation like in CM ROMs. AOSP ROMs just be like 'Android is starting...: But in CM ROMs there is 'Upgrading or Android is Strating' and a Circle Animation.

Hmm K, and I think there's a grammatical error in ur description, u have written, this is rom for people who just don't want to stick to stability+performance accompanied by a slim base.
Shouldn't it be, people who just want to stick to stability+performance...
This isn't a big deal but just pointing out , coz it can also mean that it's more battery friendly than performance friendly.

1.Installed prime layer theme n rebooted device, device didn't boot for 20m
Is anyone else having this issue? And yes I read the g+ article
2. When switched off and plugged into the charger, phone reboots.
