No problem for me to make call with sim 1, nor with sim 2

Have you tried to delete your APNs and recreate them ?

Hi thank you for a great rom. I would like to report that lockscreen blur toggle is fixed in last public version.

I have FC in privacy guard /advanced /bootup. Works fine on previous build. Can anyone confirm, please?

I m facing problems .after full wipe n flashing the ROM.. during setting up it keeps on going. Going ...always doing the same thing ..optimising googleapps 3 of 3....

No, ROM comes with a cm kernel built in

You can flash the cm version of elementalx kernel after you flash RR if you want to

There is no best. Flash and compare for your usage

aint so weird xould be a diffrent HW release,
try that wifi fix or first try the firmware posted by me (or others) in this thread..

i tried what u said with no luck at all.
ok i have one airport extreme act as the main router and 2 airport expresses wireless extension router withe the same ssid.
when i am picking up signal from airport extreme it works fine, but when i move near my airport express and picking their signal, it suddenly reboot my phone.

Lower frequencies does not stick!

No clue if this is only related to RR+EX kernel, but underclocking frequencies does not stick properly! You can apply lower frequencies but cpu clocked further with stock frquencies. I've applied 1401 and 1996mhz for small and big cluster but cpu clocked with stock frequencies.
You can easy test this behavior when you enable the cpu-info overlay from developer options and then start a benchmark. (See screenies below) Can someone test and confirm this behavior to see if this is a general ex-kernel issue or not?

Latest 08/21 release is top and rock stable apart from a few minor issues for some(wifi issues, seems country/provider related)
Both CM and EX kernel have really good battery runtimes because of the tweaked doze mode. 6 to 8h SOT is not bad!

So if I have to go to back stock oxygen os rooted..just in case..,do I have to flash twrp recovery again via OnePlus tool or will it replace stock kernel normally during install?

What? Recovery has nothing to do with the kernel you're using.

There will be no stock oos kernel if u flash this rom.. In order to go back to stock.. Download stock rom or stock based roms. And flash them using twrp like you flashed this rom..

Power consumption and brightness are optimized to reduce fuel consumption, but it is only a minimal savings.:good:
