Recents menu buggy?

Hey. I don't post questions very often because i actually know how to read and usually figure stuff out, but this one's got me stumped.

I'm on cm13, was on the last December build before snapshot. Everything was stable, except recents started acting up. Sometimes apps I've just left don't show up, sometimes the list is empty, sometimes works great. Researched multiple sources to find which app to even flush cache, still don't know. Is it system UI? Tried that, no joy. What does recents run under and how do i tinker with it?

Eventually just dirty flashed the 13.1 snapshot and gapps hoping that would scare it away, phone's running better than ever, but the recents thing persisted.

I know, i should've clean flashed. I get that. But i didn't feel like a full on mission tonight. Would just like to solve it.

Thanks

This is the stock Virgin Mobile visual voicemail app and it works for me. If anyone else tries it, you will still get the text messages. There's no way to get rid of them. You'll also need to unsubscribe from speech to text otherwise you'll get charged for it.

Try this link:
https://app.box.com/s/sm80o9sbr4bf10dcc2m4urs24f1r62ja

After you install it and run it for the first time, it may take up to 15 minutes to be properly setup.

I've installed CM13/GAPPS on Motorola Moto G 3rd Generation and it is running smoothly - with the exception for visual voicemail.

Although the voicemail app from the link installed (after copying it into the /system/app folder and rebooting) and did run (with the exception of some force closing when trying to delete the auto generated welcome messages), I never receive voicemail notifications.

Tried sending the empty sound file to [email protected] from the app. No response.

Would appreciate any assistance getting Virgin Mobile visual voicemail working on CM13.

For the record I was never able to get it working on custom ROM.

Latest few nighties, minimum cpu reverts to 800Mhz after device sleep, even with different kernel. We had a similar issue of stuck at minimum 960Mhz a few weeks back. So it looks like the problem has returned.

Can confirm this. @Alberto97 not gonna bother you on jira again ;)
It happens since 20160826, where was implemented a new custom powerHAL. Ive also tested it with stock kernel/clean flash and with squids kernel. (i think it was stuck at 800mhz with balanced battery mode and 400mhz with battery saving/efficiency..as far as i remember but i reverted back)

That's how the new PowerHAL is supposed to work.
Anyway I've got Nougat booting few minutes ago. Bluetooth is the only working feature.

We are official (lux, osprey and surnia at the same time)! First cm-13.0 build will come tomorrow.
Now, about touchscreen issues. I'm attaching a zip which flashes older synaptics firmware, it comes from 6.0 retus / most of latest Lollipop firmwares; this should fix touchscreen issues. restore_synaptics restores the previous synaptics firmware.
Both zips should work without issues even on stock + TWRP

A new build is out. Custom kernels need an update due to some WLAN changes (see the second post) so you can't install them for now else you'll lose the WiFi functionality. About CDMA Virgin Mobile, I've made some changes to the apn list, please report if everything is fine out of the box now :)

Just another thing, we're doing a common device tree for Moto E 2015 LTE (surnia), Moto X Play (lux) and for our Moto G 2015 (osprey) so official builds won't come before this unification. You can follow our work here.
