I have flash the zip file provided by luca .which upgraded ur fw .thats y m scared to flash this rom..bcoz it is saying u have to be in ur mm boot loader

Wipe dalvik_system_data_cache and flash rom. No Gapps needed. This rom takes anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes to boot first time. Just let it boot. You might think it's bootlooping but more than likely it's not. It just takes awhile to boot up.

I'm pretty sure you'll be fine. Just make a nand backup of your current rom and try to flash it. I bet it works. Just let it boot. 10-20 minutes showing ASUS boot screen. Mine booted in almost exactly 10 minutes.
