[ROM][6.0.1][STABLE] Temasek's Unofficial CM-13.0 [V11]

I got some issues with the latest rom (20160825). The huge battery drain only occures when location services are enabled. For example when I'm using Maps for navigation, my battery is empty after about 30 minutes.
Another bug is, that WhatsApp crashes immediately when my device connects to any wifi.
Is it possible to dirty flash 9.9 on/over the latest rom?

Well, I really hope not, because it is clearly a must have ROM for this phone!
Maybe we will have to wait and see (and just because we do not have much other choice, in fact) ; I am quite sure time is on its side!

Thus, you mean no more Temasek ROM in the future (= no more version based on CM 14.1 to have a Nougat Temasek driver ?) Or just no more for Oneplus phones ?
In both cases, it would be so sad !

I can't make the connection to PC working with Universal ADB Driver. Which usb driver shall I use? Which are you using with this ROM?
I would like to go back to OxygenOS... I'm regularly losing internet connectivity while talking over phone with bluetooth on in a moving car... Also, I think my GSM reception should be much better, I would like to check in on original OS.
