does it really take long to boot up? how many minutes?
Exactly it is booted normally on my ZE550KL. Approximately, 4-6 mins before it goes to the setup wizard for the 1st time.

i'm stuck in "PATCHING SYSTEM IMAGE UNCONDITIONALLY..." ;/
Try a full wipe before flashing / clean flashing.

Tried to install one hour ago, and it works perfectly.
Idk but it feels more stable than CM13 (snapshot) even though it isn't official yet.
Still doesn't find bugs, but I can't find 'vibrate intensity' options. Is it removed?

Thank you so much devs, keep up the good work

Give a try. Don't pointing your finger to me if unexpected results occured to your device. Read the OP carefully! ;)

May the magic be with you...

Eh, don't forget to make a full nandroid backup first.

looking for suggestions on battery life? Was running 5.4 version and had a couple days. Just installed 6.3 version and now battery is drained in a few hours. Missing something small I am sure. Looks like the largest process taking up all the batter life is the system. also just wiped dalvik and system cache to see if that helps.
