Not booting on j500h ... I do all the stuff but it is stuck on cm13 boot animation for more than 30min .. that's not normal !!

No backups , and i didn't downloaded a stock rom or custom rom for safty returning ...

No backups , and i didn't downloaded a stock rom or custom rom for safty returning ...
Damn it

First rule of flashing... Always have a backup or a rom to flash back... Now you have to flash the stock firmware and start all over again!

Not to mention that roms on the H model are always kind of unstable...

I back to Skies and tried flashing CM 13 again ... no luck to boot at all ...
BOOT ANIMATION STUCK FOR EVER !

I see zonik sent a screenshot of j500h running cm13 of 23/2/2017 working well ...
I downloaded the latest one 24/2/2017 and no luck

secondly is this rom compatible with hot plug kernel from Koloses ?
EDIT : tested it , the kernel is not compatible with this rom the phone will freeze in the samsung logo

That is because hotplug needs LL bootloaders

-Camera HTC M9 Port also force close itself and cannot even lunch
-LIVE DISPLAY also does not work ( does not activate when pressing " auto " )
-When receiving a lot of notification ( exemple facebook messenger when someone typing fast ) pinned notification freezes and can't swap it, until it goes normaly

Other models are working.
Using build 23/02 is stable for H.
(While I am working to solve problem with H)

also flashing areskernel and the phone will never pass bootanimation and will not charge
but isn't using suck an extreme kernel kinda dangerous ? with 2.1 ghz clock ?

Are you installing ares kernel from TW in CM13?
For it to work in CM13 needs modification

The ares kernel has oc 2.1 but you can configure the frequency.
I have tried with the high frequency and modification the others that the kernel has (I had no problems)

Compilation 23 is recommended for all models supported in cm13.

I'm going to remove the 24 build because of H. startup issues.

Now I am working on a new update.
I will do many tests with my model and tests with the users of different models (as I did in the compilation 23/02)
After work everything will be updated the links here

You can make brightness reach min level by disabling adaptive brightness

By the way, such score can be achieved on CM13 by Nick and Ganesh or other CM/AOSP based rom too by flashing the new adreno blobs and disabling fsync (disabling fsync gives 14.000+ UX score). Thats all.

How to do that @#Henkate? I saw that fsync cannot be disabled in Koloses kernel, and how to flash the new adreno blobs?
