CyanogenMod 13 is a free, community built distribution of Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) which greatly extends the capabilities of your phone.
Code:
I'm not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war,
or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please do some research if you have
any concerns about features included in the products you find here before flashing it!
YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if you point the finger at me for
messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
I see that some people still wanted to use CM, so I'm continuing what was left of the CyanogenMod projects.

Don‘t flash gapps after you booted up CM 13! This will kill your device. If you want gapps, then flash it right after you wiped your phone and flashed CM 13

  • From MIUI
    1. You must have a custom recovery installed.
    2. Fully wipe your device from recovery
    3. Download these 2 files.

Wait, by any chance you guys dirty flashed this over a previous rom with wiping everything including userdata? I think it might be that or a kernel thing.
well i wipe system, data, cache, and dalvik then i flash two patch as you sugested then i flash the rom and gapps, clear dalvik cache. bootloping right after optimizing apps..

fyi, i came from latest faizfauthar CM13

Those patches were for miui.. Because I was doing research, and found that there happens to be this kind of problems reported from other users but for other phones. They said it was because either they didn't wipe userdata or because of kernel problems.

not able to boot
tried dirty flashed over PA rom..
then wiped data, system, cache, dalvik but still bootloop !
ahh right! haven't try another kernel yet. going to try it and report

edit:
try to flashing another kernel, still no luck

I think I found the problem, some more research suggests that it might be a gapps problem. Did you guys flashed gapps while installing? If yes, could you try again but this time don't flash gapps?
