you may use adb shell
adb root
adb remount
adb push mixer_paths.xml /system/etc/
adb push mixer_paths_qrd_skuh.xml /system/etc/
adb shell reboot
check sound

one bug found:
when i try to connect wifi modem the phone connect and disconnect many time automatically !

You try encrypt phone after format /data partition to f2fs? I dont test crypt for f2fs partition, I try fix this.

Maybe you install new apps to slow sdcard? Try move apps to internal memory and check boot time.
