Good to know! I would suggest adding this commit to sched.h to fix a bug which fixed random crashing on our devices:
http://review.cyanogenmod.org/#/c/151551/ it shouldn't conflict at 3.10.90.
Thanks ... I already know , there is some missed commits from kernel 6.0.1 .... I'll try to update later because I haven't so much free time .

Could we please get this to work with the Dual Sim EVA-AL00? The chinese variants more desperately need this because of the language support. Please see if this can be ported? Thanks so much for the excellent development work!

Surdu is the ****ing man. Finally the potential of the great P9 hardware can be fulfilled. Begone EMUI you've dragged this phone through the mud for too long.

what would be the best method to restore stock after testing your build?
is dload method working after reverting to stock recovery?

Please, it is recommended to keep this thread on topic  ... all questions that are unrelated to this subject should be posted elsewhere !

This is the last answer that I give here ( to unrelated questions with this topic ) :

Yes @paratox, you can always go back to stock if you still have /dload/UPDATE.APP on your external storage (MicroSD) . Just power off your device ... now keep pressing at the same time all three hardware button, as soon as device boot, you should release power button and keep pressing volume down and up - in a very short time the device will start to install UPDATE.APP ! ( if you encounter some issues after device was recovered , just go to stock recovery and perform a factory reset )

Best regards !

Updated to 23.10 build, performance is a lot better. Camera still not perfect but getting there

For those who can't see camera icon, just use quickshortcutmaker to push it to desktop

Thank you for your excellent work
same as you, also updated to the second build. no more fingerprint sensor lag and I've also noticed that games don't stutter anymore. very big improvement - nice.
I'm going to test if I can format my sdcard as internal and I shall report back. don't think its going to work though

Yes, you are right ... I already tried to format sdcard as internal and unfortunately it does not work ... I'll see in the future what can I do to fix this issue .

Hi,

In the future, you think it's possible to add Systemless Root with Magisk & Magisk Xposed and also Double Tap 2 Wake ?

Thanks :)
Sorry, only stock CyanogenMod here ... I'll try to enable dt2w in the next updates .

I think Systemless root & Magisk is an advantage, with this Mod, you can Disable & Enable Root, for exemple, to use Android Pay or all other apps doesn't work when the phone is Rooted & Xposed installed. (like Snapchat)
So, i have a question about TWRP for you, where can i ask it ? Can you create a thread for Q&A for CM13 in Q&A section ?

Thanks

Why we need a Mod for enable/disable ROOT on CyanogenMod

Yes, you can create a discussion thread on General, about CM-13.0 if you want .

Yes, you can create a discussion thread on General, about CM-13.0 if you want .
It is so that we can use certain apps which are blocked if our phone or device is rooted. by using the mod we don't have to worry about an app being blocked as it can disable root only when that app is opened and then re-enable when it is closed. very useful.
And for those who want it then just go to the systemless root xda forum as this is not the place to ask for it. root can be installed via twrp/cm recovery remember

However I would like the flip cover to automatically lock and unlock/turn on screen before we implement the root thing.
