LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

Installation:-
- Download the ROM
- Download GApps package
- Download the Sound Patch
- Put the zip files on your SDCard
- Reboot in Recovery
- Wipe Data/Factory Reset/cache
- Install CM13 zip file
- Install GApps zip file right after rom without booting
- Reboot system
- After first boot go to recovery and Flash Sound Patch
- Reboot
- Enjoy CyanogenMod 13
IMPORTANT NOTE :-
AFTER COMPLETING ALL PROCESS ,
1. For Root access go to developer menu and enable root access to apps & adb
2. In Facebook if you can't find any photos to upload , then go to facebook app info and enable all permissions and reboot
3. To Enable Multi Windows , go to developer options and enable Multi Window
