After installation of an app, reboot is required to make it appear in the application drawer. Also WiFi doesn't connect automatically sometimes.

Wifi needs to connect manually in all CM 13 based roms.... You don't need to reboot for app appear in app drawer....
When i add two google accounts, only one account is syncing another one wont sync
I have checked for the issue... but apps appears in app drawer after installation without any need of reboot.

Nice rom like RR. Good work. Found some bugs. Notification led is not blinking, it stays on only, and facebook app fc sometimes.
Bro i found two bugs.. When i uninstall app it is still on the app drawler.. And i cant sync two google accounts...

Do a fresh installation of rom.. First wipe cache , dalvik,system,data,internal and then format & after that go in mount settings then untick system ,data, cache .
Go back and now install rom and gpps together &reboot
Again boot in recovery and flash patch n reboot

I Reverted back to stock rom due to network stability prblm... After all its a phone which is used for calling and internet.. If these things are not stable then the phone is only DABBA.
