SudaMod is a custom Rom made for OnePlus X device. It is based on Cyanogenmod and has given keen priority for the Performance and battery.

I see that its based on ashwin's tree, then camera photos won't be good, same as in cm13.

I flashed ashwin's cm13 and supersu 2.66 and selinux was on permissive. I think if you flash that supersu on this rom will happen the same thing.

the ROM now doesn't support SELinux enforcing and we need more modification to make it work.
the only problem for SELinux permissive is that the phone is not that secure. in fact, we have an unlocked bootloader so we are not secure at all.
Simply speaking, we don't need to enforce selinux
