Thanks, will appreciate if you could build for stock also for updates...working on stock partition is not really a bug... It is a system design... Also moving to extended partition has caused issues to many people...

It's better for you to do the extended partition jump asap, even the coming miui MM is getting rid of the dual partition system.

In this way you will not have problems for flashing in future

Can't change maximum CPU frequency.
Though I believe this is common now with CM13 specific ROMs. And seems like have to install custom kernel now.
