No idea what I'm doing wrong, but I can't seem to install Xposed on this rom. No matter how many times I install or which version I install it always says I haven't installed it. I've tried using sdk23 arm v79 and v85 and both do not work. Help please.

Try this:
(while in TWRP Recovery)
Wipe cache/davlik.
Flash xposed.
Wipe cache/davlik.
Reboot system.

I got Xposed to work if I uninstall the app it lets me activate all my modules but when I soft reboot I get stuck in a bootloop.

-Booted to recovery and created a backup
-Wiped cache/dalvik
-Flashed Xposed
-Wiped cache/dalvik again
-Rebooted system

Xposed still isn't installed.

If I uninstall the xposed apk and reinstall it, it tells me that xposed is working and it tells me what version I've flashed. But, if I activate any modules and soft reboot, my phone goes into a bootloop. Is there anything that I'm missing or doing wrong? Cause this is pissing me off to no end.

This is what I did

Xposed works for me on this Rom

PRL update

Ok I just installed this rom, coming from stock 5.0.1. I am on ringplus and not seeing the LTE, only 3g. How do I do a PRL and profile update? I think this should fix the LTE issue. Many thanks in advance.

There is no way to update prl or profile with this rom.

Ok, thanks for your reply. That's bad news if I can't enable LTE. Not only 3g is slow, the play store fails to install app as well. I may have to go back to stock or you could recommend another rom where update PRL works. Thanks

Have you tried going into settings/cellular network/preferred network type/ then selecting "CDMA+LTE/EvDo"

Yes it is already set to CDMA+LTE/EvDo. I also added APN settings for RingPlus. Now I can see the 4G icon, but not LTE and see the difference in download speeds, but apps are still not installing through google play store. It downloads, but fails to install. I am thinking it has to do with the banls_gapps.

I only get the "4G" and not "LTE."
I am also using BANKS-Gapps, but I can download apps from the play store. Maybe you got a bad download for the banks-gapps? Did you check it first to see if it was a good download before flashing it?

It seems like it is a random issue. It would install few apps, but not others. For example, I could install Opera Mini, but not Opera browser. Definitely a bug somewhere in the google play services. BTW I am in Austin, not too far from you. Thanks for all your help.

Rom works great, but one strange issue... When charging, sometimes the screen will slowly fade to point the screen is a not visible. When this issue happens, the phone is extremely hot, is it overheating? Didn't have this issue with other roms, any ideas?

I am having the same issue, but only while using navigation in Google Maps. My work around was to install Luxe app which overtakes the system brightness control. The screen is not getting dim anymore. Also I changed CPU governor to 'battery saver' to prevent overheating only during navigation and so far it has worked out successfully.

Minor problems to add and possibly resolve in the next version:
1. In settings Carrier Name disable from lock screen does not work
2. Double tap on lock screen to shut off display option does not work

Mine force closes as well. Tried three other camera apps and all force close when trying to record video.

I downloaded Google Camera apk, this seems to work. It force closes when you try to switch from camera to video, but it still can take pictures and video record.

So far this is the only stable, smooth, no charge issues, no Bluetooth issues, no random reboots, no extra kernel needed, and has fling, ROM. Thank you Dev.
